All cakes and fillings are made from scratch never using cake mixes, and ready-made or buttercream fillings inside the cake. We fill our cakes with fruit and fruit purees, heavy cream, pure vanilla and high quality chocolates. Our buttercream icing is made with real butter, not shortening, and the cakes are never frozen at any stage in the process. All of which results in a great tasting cake you will be proud to serve your guests. Cakes over 40 servings can choose up to 2 different flavors at no additional cost.
